The progressiveness of GMin comes from its members. It takes courage, research and hard work to move into unknown areas. Nevertheless, this is exactly what the members of GMin do constantly. We try to take each projects to a new level and reach higher.
The Members: A Bunch of Entrepreneurs
It is a fact that the taste of success- though often hard to come by – is sweet. Therefore, the mutual desire to make a positive difference in the world propels the planning of our projects. Our sense of ownership drives everyone towards ingenious creativity; we invest our own time and efforts in GMin, so we all have a strong interest in succeeding. The more people work with GMin, the closer they will get to the project and the sweeter the success of a completed project will taste.
Being a partner or an entrepreneur rather than a passive member requires a versatile set of skills. In GMin, we pool our different strengths, profession, educational backgrounds, and contacts. In this sense, GMin in itself is a project for diversity – functionally as well as structurally.
Basically, the initiative and experience of specific individuals are crucial for every project in the GMin organization, and we are strengthened by and yearn for every donation achievable whether in the form of money, time, expertise or constructive criticism.
